Which Operating Principle did this team embody? We imagine and innovate

This team of talented people came together to imagine a better way of handling projections for ERSO. Their talents resulted in a comprehensive and sophisticated projection tool/template. This tool will create the consistency around projections and be a great resources for our research administrators and our faculty. Great work team; I'm really proud of you and this great work!

Which Operating Principle did this team embody? We imagine and innovate

Under the steadfast leadership of Jennifer Stone as Project Manager, this team worked tirelessly to imagine a better way of how to handle VS/VSR appointments using the intranet system. Together they innovated and worked through challenges. In the end their efforts led to the launch of the new intranet module. I am so proud of the work this team produced. This effort will result in streamlined processing of these appointments and massive savings in UCPATH processing time. Great work team!
